Actions at the Q2 arena has been intense and thrilling as the top players played their best to win this tournament. Although Roger Federer has won the World no.1 title again but they are able to win this trophy to be another no. 1 for this game of course. But sometimes it is not the world no. 1 or trophy that matters it is the feeling of winning the best players around that gives great satisfaction or basically being good at this game that they all love. Top players both World no. 1 and 2 have been knocked out and they have been knocked out by the same person. Del Porto has also made into the final and he will not be meeting Roger Federer this time instead the person who knocked him out Nikolay. Both players are pretty good at what they are doing therefore this is certainly another good match to watch even though it is not between the world no. 1 and 2.

World Number One is still the first for the fifth time

It was a classic moment and it came in timely for the tennis great Roger Federer to win Andy Murray at the recent Q2 match. That match has shown that Roger Federer is just a brilliant player at his game coming back to win Andy after losing the first round where he had just kept on sustaining and performed strong attacks to win the next two rounds.

This match has also made Roger Federer ahead of the Spainard Nadal Rafael and it is also confirmed that he has once again won the World No. 1 title for the fifth time with more to match against the great tennis legend Pete Sampras. Soon at Q2, there will be another exciting match to watch which is the match between the the current no. 1 player and the man who won him at the US Open.

It is probably another match to show who is really better this time round. Players get intense, spectators get excitement at the next round of Q2.

The new champion for Paris Masters

I kind of like this picture as usually pictures of the champions will involve a close-up shot but for this you can see the people involve in it and made the event looks so much more grander. Back to the story of the new champion, it is Novak Djokovic the current world no. 3 who has replaced Andy Murray and had won world no. 1 Roger Federer, world no. 2 Rafael Nadal. He has been climbing up in rank and has won a few tournaments already. This tennis players seems to be a new rising star to watch.

After losing at the Swiss Indoors where the World No. 1 did not managed to clinch another title to his collection at his homeground, he lost again at the Paris Masters. But for this, though shocking for many since he has exited at the first round, it is not in a way a very big surprise as he has often not performed in his tournament. He has the skills to play well but probably it is just not himself the No. 1 kind unlike at the other tournaments when he just played like the tennis king. He missed certain chances and lost the game. That however does not mean that the French who won him did not play well. He played it right and not lose his motivation to win despite facing the world no.1. He won and it seems to him that he has won the final. In this case, it sometimes means more achievement as how many times will he get to play with the world no. 1 and win him.

After winning compatriot at the semi-finals, Roger Federer went to the final meeting Novak Djokovic. Novak Djokovic won the world no. 1 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 and it was his third time winning him this year in 2009. Roger Federer played well but has mistimed certain strokes that gave the points away to Novak. Novak said it was maybe his longest game played but he maintained that focus and managed to win the game.

Roger Federer the World No.1 continues to perform at his home ground and beat Russia's Evgeny Korolev, ranked 58th, 6-3, 6-2 under an hour. He is now at the semi-finals and it seems that he's going on strong and determined to go to the final in fact not just that, he seems like he is going to win the final. Roger Federer will be facing Marco Chiudinell his fellow Swiss. Although this is the first time three Swiss made it into the quarter finals since 2001 and two made it into the semi-finals now but still one will be in the final.

After taking a break from the US Open where he had lost at the final, the world no. 1 has returned and won his first opponent at the Swiss Indoors with ease 6-3, 6-4 victory over Belgian qualifier Olivier Rochus. The Swiss felt great after winning and moreover he is playing at home ground therefore the support from the crowd is needless to say.
