The semi-finals of Australia Open 2013

The matches at the Australia Open 2013 had been quite and enjoyable and interesting one. Maria Sharapova had quite a good run winning the fourth round and quarter final going straight to the semi-final. She met Li Na and Li Na won 6-2, 6-2. 

Serena Williams been playing really well also and she wins Maria Kirilenko who has also been winning all the way till the fourth where she met Serena Williams. Both had a great game and Serena Williams won 6-2, 6-0. At the Quarter finals Serena Williams met Sloane Stephens fellow team mate. It was a surprise at the tennis tournament and Sloane eventually won Serena Williams 3-6, 7-5, 6-4. Serena Williams seem pretty surprise herself as it was Sloane who made it to the semi-finals. 

At the semi-finals she met the current World No. One Victoria Azarenka where the champion won 6-1, 6-4. It was a happy moment for Victoria Azarenka and now it is Victoria Azarenka and Li Na at the final who will play for the championship title.
