The last time Li Na beat Maria Sharapova was at the semi-finals last year and this year at the final Maria Sharapova and Li Na met again but it was Li Na who took the lead and won the former World No. 1. Maria Sharapova name used to appear at the finals of the big matches such as the grand slams but these days she seemed to be more active in the finals of smaller tournaments. But regardless of small or big tournaments, spectators and fans want to see Maria Sharapova in action. Well, perhaps there are also many who wants to see Maria Sharapova playing some really good tennis like before. But it was still something nice for Maria Sharapova as she still is the runner-up for the tournament. It is sometimes such small games that will allow her to build up her skills again.
