Strengthening exercise for best tennis performance

There are certain important things that was noted and one of them is actually a simple set of exercise that would help not only in performing the techniques but also to sustain from injuries. In short it will enhance the tennis performance for a longer run.

This exercise I realised which is important is for the shoulders or upper arm. Besides the shoulder rotation and arm stretching, it is good to begin some strengthening exercises with some weights. One simple exercise that could be effective is to place the weight at your shoulder level then next raise it above the head level. Complete this in sets of 10.

Note also that you may want to exercise your right arm and left arm with the same sets. After completing the sets of 10 rest for a while and continue another few more sets.
