World number one Rafael Nadal won Scotland's Andy Murray 6-1, 6-2 Sunday to claim the Indian Wells ATP Masters series title.

Despite the difficult windy conditions Nadal, the reigning Australian Open champion, control the game well and capture the crown in the California desert for the second time, after triumphing here in 2007.

Andy Murray on the other hand does not seems to be able to get his grips well. Nadal felt that probably Andy did not managed to play his best but he certainly felt that he had.

The tennis volley

Although there are many tennis players that are reluctant to use the volley, this is in fact one of the easiest shots to learn because the action required is very compact. So what one may ask what is the volley then? The volley is the shot you play when you hit the ball before the bounce. It can be considered as the answer to the passing shot.

Now before thinking about variations, you should try to perfect the basic forehand, backhand volleys and the drive volley. Talking about drive volley it is actually used more in women's game, and it seems to be used by many top players as an attacking, point winning shot.

For all tennis serves, returns or even the volleys, there is always the grip that form the basis of the techniques. The basic grip for the volley is the continental grip. In fact, the continental grip can be used for the forehand, backhand and the smash shot therefore the player can just use one grip for the all the different shots.

Recalling the Golden: Pete Sampras

Pete Sampras as I recall his trademark of placing the tip of his tongue out before his serves just leaves me with an awe of admiration.

In my opinion, his style is straight forward and effective. His aces just conquers the unstable opponent, the wrong-footed and the wrongly judged return of service. His poise is cool and collected, undelayed in his moves and forth right. Perhaps that is his winning formula, just win it straight, which he did as number 1. And with reports of his ailing injuries, he shows no sign of slowing down, grimaces, complaint or defeat. The effective legend forever remains the top acer and winner of the tennis court in my heart ranking. As to what goes on in his mind?...speed, power, ball play, tempo, who knows...just one thing for sure: Tennis!

Federer a father to be

Roger Federer the world no. 2 a father to be is happy that he is going to be a parent this summer. For those who do not know his girlfriend is also a tennis player and it is at the Olympics in Sydney where they met. Since they are already going to have a baby, perhaps we can start to hear the ringing of the wedding bells soon. Although Federer lost to Rafael the world no. 1, at least he beats him at this of becoming a father first. Perhaps this could be a stronger motivating factor for Federer to excel in the coming masters event.

Cleaning Buddy : Safe Cleaning Products

Buddy Network has a range of sites topics from cars to home improvement. In this post, I choose the website Cleaning Buddy which gives tidy cleaning advice in domestic, commercial, residential, carpet and dry cleaning. One particular web page I surfed on entitled "Choosing safe cleaning products" appeals to the domesticated me and many homely people I suppose. Being environmental friendly, and often choosing guaranteed solutions on a thin budget, this page offers some tried and true favourite natural cleaners that will not only clean and scrub just as well as their chemical counterparts, but will also help save money. For example, using distilled white vinegar to maintain wet places by stopping hard water, removing lime deposits and deodorizing chutes makes me appreciate the benefits of something of little significance in our present affluent society to solve hazards that irritates the health conscious is simply something pleasant to smile at. To freshen places, using safe cleaning products like bicarbonate of soda and essential oils just promotes further the wonders of natural cleaning I can practice for an environmental safe home for my loved once at home. At the end, the page offers links on topics that are new on other types of cleaning which you should hover your mouses to have them on these clean spots.

Driving experience

Everyone will have their own driving experiences and most will like to have a pleasant ones. To achieve that, it is important all of us have have good driving basics and more importantly having good attitudes on the roads. Sydney driving schools provide a service to people who want to learn about driving. Learning how to drive could be fun but it is important to keep driving safe. I remembered the times when I attended the course, I learn about defensive riding, safety always come first and yes though there are times when we feel more confident in our skills and are able to drive faster, we can do so sometimes but always bear in mind that it must be done within safe means.

Spain's Rafael all set to play

After the withdrawal from the Dubai cup, I guess Rafael had a good rest and he is all ready for the Davis cup. Spain's first round is against Serbia and Rafael seems excited to play this match as he put it he is proud and happy to represent his country. But due to the strong winds the match has to be postponed. Still, his passion to play well for his country should make the match a real interesting one let's hope the strong winds did not managed to blow off his flame in him.
